Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 July 2026
This policy explains what CreatorPrint AI collects, what happens to artwork you upload, and which other companies process it on our behalf. It is written to be read rather than skimmed, because the answer most sellers want — where does my artwork go — deserves a straight answer.
What we collect
Your email address, when you create an account. We use it to sign you in and to contact you about your account. We do not send marketing email.
Artwork you upload, and the files we generate from it.
Usage counts— how many listings and enhancements you have used this month, so we can apply your plan’s allowance.
Payment records — which plan you are on and a record of credit purchases. We never see or store your card details; PayPal handles payment entirely.
Where your artwork goes
This is the part worth reading closely. Your artwork does not stay only on our servers. Depending on which features you use, it is sent to:
- Supabase — stores your uploaded file and the print files we generate. Both are deleted automatically after seven days.
- OpenAI — when you generate listing copy, the image is sent to OpenAI so it can describe the artwork. OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train its models.
- Replicate — when you use AI Enhance, the image is sent to Replicate to run the upscaling model. Replicate deletes prediction inputs and outputs on its own schedule.
- Vercel — hosts the application and processes images in memory while a request is running. Nothing is retained there afterwards.
Background removal runs entirely in your browser. That image is never uploaded for that step.
We do not claim any rights over your artwork. We do not sell it, license it, publish it, or use it to train anything. We process it only to produce the files you asked for.
How long we keep things
Uploaded artwork and generated print files: deleted automatically after seven days. Download links expire after six hours and can be regenerated by reprocessing.
Account and payment records: kept while your account exists, and after closure only as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email 3033dprinting@gmail.com and we will action it.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights under GDPR. If you are in California, you have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information under any definition.
Cookies
We use one cookie, set by Supabase, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your artwork is handled, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
