My print came out with the sides cut off
Your artwork and the print ratio are different shapes, so cropping trimmed the overflow. Switch to Fit whole image and nothing is cut — the design sits inside the frame with a border instead. If you want to keep cropping, check that orientation matches your artwork.
There is a big white border around my print
That is Fit mode padding the frame, and the amount depends on how differently shaped your artwork and the frame are. A portrait image in a landscape frame pads heavily. Match the orientation to your artwork, pick a ratio closer to its shape, set the border to Match artwork colour so it blends, or switch to Crop.
My photo is still blurry after AI Enhance
Enhance adds resolution; it cannot recover detail the camera never captured. If the original is out of focus or motion-blurred, the result is a larger version of the same blur. That image is best sold at a smaller size, where the softness is not visible.
AI Enhance made the eyes look wrong
You used Restore, which rebuilds faces from a learned model and will alter features. It is meant for degraded artwork, not photographs of people. Use Upscale for anything with a person in it — it adds resolution without inventing anything.
AI Enhance was greyed out
Either your source is already high resolution, in which case a standard resize gives the same result, or it is too large for the models to process. Enhance is for rescuing small files; above about 6 megapixels it has nothing useful to add.
Etsy won't accept my ZIP file
Etsy caps digital files at 20MB, and a ZIP counts as one file. A five-ratio ZIP of PNGs often exceeds it. Upload the ratios individually, or switch the output format to JPEG, which is several times smaller with no visible print difference.
How many files should I put in an Etsy listing?
Etsy allows five digital files per listing, which is exactly the five print ratios. That covers every standard frame size a buyer is likely to own.
What do credits cost me?
One credit generates listing copy, two run an AI enhance, four run a two-pass enhance. Pro includes 500 credits a month. If a request fails, the credits are returned automatically.
My download link stopped working
Links expire after six hours and files are deleted after seven days. Reprocess the artwork to get a fresh link. Download and keep your own copies — we are not a backup service.
Does my artwork get used to train AI?
No. Your artwork is sent to OpenAI for listing copy and Replicate for enhancement, purely to produce the output you asked for. We claim no rights over it and do not use it to train anything. The privacy policy sets out exactly which services see it.
What image should I upload?
The highest-resolution original you have, in PNG or JPEG, up to 50MB. Flat artwork and vector-style designs compress well and enlarge cleanly. Avoid uploading something already exported at a small size — you cannot add back what was thrown away.
Are the price suggestions what items sell for?
No — they are what comparable listings are currently asking, taken from Etsy’s public API. Treat the median as a starting point, not a market rate.
